Advocates from Elder Rights Advocacy (ERA) are available to visit aged care facilities, community care providers and other professional groups such as Aged Care Assessment Services. We can provide free information sessions and a range of fee-for-service education topics for all levels of staff and management. Our education services are available throughout Victoria.
You can arrange for an ERA advocate to visit your organisation and present an information session to your residents or community care recipients and their family members, followed by an education session for your staff.
ERA now offers a free, short information session for staff entitled "An Overview of Consumers' Rights in Aged Care".
