EDUCATION FOR CONSUMERS
Elder Rights Advocacy (ERA) can provide information sessions for residents of aged care facilities and recipients of community care packages. The family members of the residents and care recipients are also welcome to attend these free information sessions.
Topics covered could include an overview of consumers' rights in aged care, or support for a residents' and relatives' group. Why not book a speaker from ERA for one of your residents' group meetings? Contact ERA to discuss what would suit your group.
